We understand that weekends are a time for movies, family dinners, and live music. Well, we bring you an upgrade of what you enjoy. We mix up outdoor cinema, family fun, live performances, theatre, drags, dance party, and food all in one event for five weeks!
As the spiritual venue of the traditional British theatrical shows, the National Theatre once again lights up with majestic spectacle. This year, we present brand new shows and a broad range of theatre varieties from legendary, seasoned and contemporary playwrights. For those who are looking for a different kind of comic fun, drag shows have also been prepared for everyone to enjoy. East London’s The Glory, HOME in Manchester and Sadler’s Wells are also joining the festival as these venues offer exciting shows. Into classical music? We’ve also got you covered in our participating concert venues. Whatever type of music or genre of shows you are into, there is always something for you. While being a resident at Hotel Edward Paddington London, you along with friends and family can visit the River Stage Festival.
But how about food? Since this is a major annual event, there is no way we can forget about your food cravings. Pick from different treats like the grilled cheese sandwiches by The Cheese Iron, fresh pizzas from Campfire Pizza and of course, Melt ice cream! These are just to name a few out of the hundreds of stalls that will be there to satisfy every hungry tummy.
If you are bringing your friends for some booze, drink pop-ups will also be serving craft beers so you can party all night with your troupe. If you prefer organic wines on draft, The Wine Box is also a good place to chill and cheer. Not only that! Apothecary is also returning this year so you can enjoy cocktails as you sit comfortably in one of the deck chairs at The Green Room Garden Bar. There are a couple of budget hotels near Paddington Station UK that are perfect for stay and close to various entertainment places.
